Hold on to your seats and crazy hats kids, because this years Lollapalooza looks to be crazier, cooler and better than ever; with some heavy Headliners: Green Day, The Arcade Fire, Lady Gaga, The Strokes, The Phoenix and 80's band Devo, anyone remember the classic "Whip It" with the band that had the red crazy hats?
